The license server is alive and well. You're SURE that your firewall is not blocking it? Typically when someone can't connect to the server and the server is running fine, it's the Windows firewall (or other firewall software) blocking innerspace.exe from outbound connections. It's typically not blocked by hardware firewalls or port-based filtering, as the software uses only an outbound connection to port 11500 on lavishsoft.com, and most such filters are on inbound traffic only.
If you can open a command prompt and enter the command "telnet lavishsoft.com 11500", and it clears the window rather than showing something like ...
... then this would indicate that a connection can indeed be made to the proper service, but that innerspace.exe is not allowed to make that connection. If the telnet connection does fail, then either a) the software firewall also blocked telnet.exe from making a connection, or b) a firewall at another layer is blocking the connection, and that layer is not related to Lavish (e.g. corporate firewall, ISP interference, etc)
But yes, everything is running fine.
