Star Wars Galaxies

When I load SWG up with IS, I get a jumpy dual mouse that blinks back and forth on the screen (with the cursor being able to click on where ever it is blinking it). IS is working fine for other games. I have tried switching my mouse out and trying different drivers and two other ones but get the same problem.

Any suggestions?

I have even tried it on my second PC and I get the same jumping mouse problem. Does anyone have any ideas on a fix for this please.
