Side mouse buttons bug

Amadeus said this is an I/S bug after I posted this on the ISX forums.

When I have I/S running with eq2 the side mouse buttons on a 5 button mouse both register to the game as mouse button 5 only.

Mouse button 4 is (left side button) is seen as mouse button 5 (right side button), mouse button 5 is still seen as 5. This particularly annoying as i have auto run bound to mouse button 4 and sit to mouse button 5. So whenever i hit run my character just sits down :-/

If i go into key bindings and try to rebind this confirms the game is seeing both buttons as mouse button 5 as no matter what i select it always returns as MB5.
If run eq2 WITHOUT I/S i can bind them as normal.
