Authentication Failed (-114)

When I try to use an extension, I am told that my subscription is not valid, and that I need to exit out and login.

So, I do that, except when I put in the password (the same password that works here) it gives me an authentication error.

The game in question is Vanguard, so the extension is isxvg. However, I am unable to login to innerspace itself (outside the game, via the "Lavish Software Login" option from innerspace.

I looked for a log file for innerspace itself, but didn't see anything that looks like one.

I have several months left on my account, but am unable to use the service now. How can I fix this?
