Build 4400 Fails to launch Everquest2.exe

I looked over the bug report guidelines linked above and it refers to wineq2 related files so I will do my best to describe issue.

Was working fine last night using build 4396.

Using 4400 either through normal patching or a fresh install of IS, Everquest2.exe starts and is visible briefly in task manager. Windows "beeps" and the process dies, no crash window or error reported beyond the beep.

I am running Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP2 (5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600)

32 bit X86 based intel processor
Nvidia 6800 video card.

Please let me know what other information that might help track down this issue. Btw, when I run Everquest2.exe manually outside of IS it launches w/o any issues.
