Will there be an extension for LOTRO ? Lord of Ring Online

and I guess IS surpports LOTRO, right?

While I don't know of anyone currently working on one (and Lavish Software does not make game-specific extensions, mind you), I know of some people waiting on one.

I think lotro and DDO use the same engine .

Does IS surpport DDO?

Engine doesn't matter as much as the game itself. While IS provides a platform for all the extensions to have similar tools to work within, each IS extension is specific to each game title.
