IS and EQ lag

I decided to try out ISXEQ for the first time tonight. However, when I loaded EQ through Innerspace I got such bad framerates I have not been able to try it out. I am not getting above 4 fps. I have run both WoW and EQ2 with IS with no problems, so I am at a loss for this. Any ideas as to where to start?
