When trying to launch WoW today with innerspace I got the windowsXP Data Execution Prevention warning window popping up.
"To help protect your computer, Windows has closed this program.
Name: World of Warcraft
Publisher: Blizzard Entertainment"
I've been using IS with wow for a month or so now and this is the first time I've seen this. I'm a bit nervous to exempt WoW.exe from Data Execution Protection. Wow will load fine if I don't launch with innerspace.
Anyone else seen this?

Interesting, I havent actually tested Inner Space with DEP set to anything other than "essential Windows programs and services only", which is default. I tested it just now on another system with it set to "for all programs and services except those I select", with no exceptions listed, and it doesnt complain either. However, the system I tested it on "does not support hardware-based DEP" so it was implemented with DEP software.
So either a) your processor DOES support hardware-based DEP and that is blocking Inner Space's launcher from doing what it needs to do to work in the game, or b) some other software is ALSO trying to inject itself into the game. If you havent changed DEP settings and you havent changed hardware, you should probably scan for viruses and spyware.
