Inner Space Problem

I launched IS today and it updated once it finished the updates I get an error.

Inner Space failed to initialize

Can anyone help me with the problem.

Well, this particular problem should only exist if it fails to initialize Direct3D9. You may need to update your DirectX to 9.0c, if you havent. At any rate, if you arent able to solve it like that or by updating video drivers, you will need to install from the Inner Space installer again, and I put up a new patch that should at least launch for you.

Well I have reinstalled IS a few times now and it still getting the same error. I have updated all my drivers and I have direct X 9c. Any other ideas. I was working til it patched this morning.
