This is not something I would expect you or pretty much anyone else to know outright, and this is actually a good and valid question. You may get this in future updates as well.
The issue is an extension that needs to be updated to be compatible with the new release. The ISUI system uses functions directly exported from the DLL, so if one of those changes that was used in an extension, that extension will pop up a message like that and fail to load.
