Mouse is teh crazy lately

Post by signal0 » Mon Jun 20, 2005 8:43 pm

Since the patch that "fixed" the emulation problems, my mouse absolutely goes nutso when a button is held down while using my secondary display (fullscreen windowed mode). Running the same game in primary display works fine. Image

Heh, I like how you quoted "fixed" ;) It really, really did fix the emulation problems. However, your problem isnt with emulation (emulation is using the mouseto command, mouseclick, etc), it's just a side effect of the fix that also affects real mouse usage that is causing you problems.

Thanks for the report, I'll get right on it and have a fix out tonight or in the morning.

Interesting behavior here. I'm patching in an immediate improvement temporarily, which will cause the wacky behavior while the mouse button is held to stop, BUT there is still an issue where the mouse cursor is actually on the primary display when you release the mouse button. Annoyance, but playable until I fix it completely tomorrow.

Build 2097 is now up.

Build 2099 (currently available) should completely fix this issue. Please let me know if you experience any further problems :)
