You do not need to worry about proclock or the proc command if you are using ISBoxer.
ISBoxer processor affinity is found per Slot in your Character Set. If you used the Quick Setup Wizard (new in ISBoxer 33), it defaults to selecting all of the cores. If you created your Character Set and Slots manually, and didn't select CPU Cores, it defaults to using the game's original behavior. So just go to each Slot in your Character Set, and under "CPU Cores" select the ones that you want enabled for each Slot
