innerspace and eqplaynice

i dotn really see any info on this.. do you still need EQplaynice liek with wineq2 or do you need to run it along with innerspace or dotn need it at all

Inner Space contains its own generalized FPS limiting function -- which works the same as EQPlayNice. However, EQPlayNice has Rendering Limiting, which Inner Space does not have (and never will). You can use EQPlayNice along with Inner Space. You would want to disable one of the FPS limiters, either the EPQN one or Inner Space (and by disable i mean set to calculate mode, 100 fps)

here is the INI file ( default ) so i set the foreground and background to 100 ?
