EVE: cant type in russian

Hello.
When i enter to EVE via IS - i cant type in eve chats in russian. When i type - everybody see abracadabra like "2>B B0:0O 2>B EC9F=O"
If i login to EVE withput IS - i can type in russian normally.
Can you fix that?

Fixed as of this morning in build 5523 of Inner Space.

Right click IS, select Patcher, check "Download development (test) patches", close and restart Inner Space to let it patch. You should then be able to type in russian.
