Video capture

Post by hendar » Mon Dec 05, 2011 4:05 pm

I have two issues, so I'll post em as separate messages. I have noticed recently that innerspace is capturing video in the video cache. I do not recall turning this on, and would like to turn it back off. This consumes a lot of disk space.

I tried "endrecord", but no response from the system.

You must have uttered a record command somewhere for this to turn on. Note that "re" may suffice.

Thanks for the quick reply Lax. I just found a stray "r" by itself in one of the scripts. I bet that was it.

If I'm lucky this might be related to the other problem I am having.

So far nothing in the video cache or videos folder. Having this in a script called from customstartup.iss had a huge impact. And I was wondering why after 7-8 hours of 5-boxing my system would crawl to its knees.
