EQ1 disconnects

I've been using IS with EQ1 for years, but this week something has changed. I get disconnected when I try to log in, which usually occurs when a patch is needed. I am able to patch with Launchpad, and can log in afterwards. However, when I try to then run EQ through IS I get disconnected again. I've checked and do not see any extra EQ installs (I'm pretty sure I would notice a 7G patch). I see some DLLs and XML files timestamped today, so it looks like a patch occurred in this folder.

I used to be able to patch using Everquest.exe, but now it makes me use Launchpad (which I've used in the past).

What am I overlooking?

Bah, nevermind.

Posting a message here is just the thing needed to figure out the problem. There was indeed a second EQ1 install (I was migrating files from an old machine and had a EQ folder there).
