Innerspace window numbering with eq2 and win7

Post by ownagejoo » Sat Oct 30, 2010 11:12 am

Using Win7 and when after I have been 2 boxing for a while and decide to bring another account online and three box I launch another instance of innerspace and it numbers the instance back to is1. So now I have 2 is1 and an is2, this only happens after I have been running for a while not on first launch of 3 instances of IS. I use a G15 keyboard and use the G keys to move between these windows and it will only recognize the first instance when they number the instance the same. I don't see this on my XP box when I do this, so it is happening only on Win7. Right now I just restart all three to get the numbering right but it is a little of an annoyance.

Thanks

Are you sure you're not running something (e.g. an IS script, from a different site) that is changing the session names and not reflecting those changes to you? (title bar for example would still show is1 unless specifically changed)

There's an easy way to find out. Right click IS, select Console. In the Console in the main IS window, enter the command "sessions" with no quotes. This will tell you how many sessions IS has open (anything launched via IS) and what their names are. If the names are not is1, is2, is3, is4, etc then I would fully expect the behavior you're describing
