Post by SiliconeClone@hotmail.com » Sat Sep 11, 2010 8:18 pm

The process (game) was terminated unexpectedly. You probably have something installed/running on your computer that interferes with IS for some reason, your best bet is going to be to shut down other running programs. Reinstalling IS wont affect this issue.

You can get me some diagnostic info that could possibly point at what program it is if you can't figure it out. To get this, right click IS and select Console. Type the command "diag" with no quotes into the Console window in the main IS window. This will open info in notepad, paste it here or send it to me in email at lax@lavishsoft.com

Well if that is the case I am pretty sure I know what the problem is and nothing atm is gonna solve it lol.

Works fine in Windows I had read that it ran all but .Net Apps under WINE in Ubuntu. However that is not the case it will not open the game so that's fine I was trying to do something IS is not designed to do so I won't waste anymore time. Just curious on the Error code as I found nothing on it.

Thanks!

Last I heard it will indeed work under Wine in Ubuntu. It's been a while since I tested it though, I'll ask around

Sorry for double post couldn't see where to edit my last one.

Well opening console just crashes it. So updated to newest WINE but same problem.

I see on WINE's DB page that the last testing was Ubuntu 8.04 and I am on 10.04 so I think it is probably not compatible any longer. I Run windows on the machine so it is no big deal just hate switching over for EQ2 lol.
