Everquest 2 won't always launch

Spyware Doctor has caused problems in the past, can you try shutting that down? I'm not sure what PC Tools is, but that's also a potential culprit

Yep , thats the problem...even though innerspace is added to the exception list , once I turned off Spyware doctor....Everquest2 started up fine first time.
