Authentication Servers Down?

Post by Yocal » Tue Apr 06, 2010 10:03 am

Heya,

All of a sudden Innerspace doesnt seem to want to start. Well, it starts, but no icon in my taskbar. Is this due to the authentication servers being down or something similar?

I've tried on 3 different computers, 2 different internet connections - same problem all over the line.

What could it be?

Yeah, they're down. Same thing happening with WinEQ. lavishsoft.com was unreachable for over 2 hours as well, but its back up(obviously:)), so hopefully the server will be back up soon too.

I was just able to login to wineq, so servers back up, give ISX a try :)

Thanks again, Lax!

And authentication is down AGAIN! They are not stable. As well as the Lavishsoft WEB pages are loading ultra slow.

When the main server came back online, the database had to be repaired. That's why the web site was going slow, and so was the auth server (slow enough that it appeared "down").

I had to put the backup license server back up during that time, and took the main one offline until repairs completed. It's all done now, and the web site and license server are running nice and fast.

I've extended your (gollf) subscription -- as detailed in the news on the main page, anyone else who would like to be comped for the inconvenience should send me an e-mail with their account name within the next day or two.
