Will not follow.(well kinda, just the wrong way)

Post by dkingofwar » Wed Nov 25, 2009 1:22 pm

My char will follow just fine. Then I hit Shift+Alt+R and things get weird. they will slowly get out of line and start going off in a v. Also if I switch char and they face eachother to follow we run through each other and then keep going in other direction.

I did check the jamba box in fast setup of wow. Then i tried it again without it. I hit Alt+f. I toggled Jamba with Shift+Alt+F and nothing. They just follow all over the place. I also tried Shift+Alt+R before i entered the game just in case it was hitting it in game. Thanks for any help.

If you're using Repeater to move all of your characters, there is no "follow" involved. You should keep Repeater disabled, generally, except when you need it (turning in a quest, for example)

Yeah brother when you're pressing your walk keys your other toons are also pressing their walk keys with repeater on.

How I got around this was to just change my slaves walking keys to something else. That way I can walk my slaves without having to change windows.

Jamba and a macro key to follow my main is how I handle following. Like I have all my slaves /follow jinkobi when I hit my macro- you'll be hitting your follow macro plenty thanks to lag/phasing etc...

Not saying I do it the right way but that's how I do it =)
