LOTRO: Cannot type in Ticket text box entry field

I've had a problem for quite some time with LOTRO. When I use InnerSpace to run an instance of the game, and I get stuck and want to cry to LOTRO support for help, I can't.

I bring up the Help Menu, and select New Ticket. They provide a text entry field there, but I think it uses a different method to get the keypresses when you're there (I think it's using some IE components because it appears to be a web-based form). Unfortunately, nothing I type shows up in there.

Yeah, this is also an issue with the EQ2 in-game web browser. I will need to look into it

Any further updates on this? I know it's probably not a high priority, but for me whenever there's a game stoppage issue, I've got to quit out, load in a non-IS window to enter the ticket, and then resume play back with IS. Since they broke a dungeon recently that requires GM intervention to proceed in, it's a real downer.

Sorry no updates on this yet. I'm in the middle of a whole bunch of work, and hopefully once I get a few things finished up I can work on some standing issues.
