Sign In Problem!

When I right click on innerspace icon and choose sign in to Lavish soft after typing in my correct Lavish soft name and PW It keeps telling me that its incorrect when I know for a fact it is I checked by logging into Lavish Soft website back and forth and the Info is fine what could be wrong?

Try changing your password. If there are special characters in it, they may be interpreted differently by the software than the web site
