Is it possible to add an action in ISBoxer for wait time?
I added 2 actions in one step, but the second one doesnt work cause its too fast.
It would be perfect if I can add 500ms between those actions

No, ISBoxer does not provide a method for delayed action. Delayed action is generally against the rules of the games ISBoxer is used for, and ISBoxer is specifically crafted to not break the rules.

Are you playing EQ1?
If so, you can setup an in-game hotkey to do this. Just use '/pause XXXX' -- XXXX being the number of milliseconds between executing the next line. Then just assign the button to a hotkey and have IS trigger that hotkey with another keystroke.
