EQ2 with Innerspace crashes

Been unable to launch EQ2 through Innerspace.

1.09 Build 4818

AppName: everquest2.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.1 AppStamp:4949895c
ModName: unknown ModVer: 0.0.0.0 ModStamp:00000000
fDebug: 0 Offset: 53965b38

I am fully patched through running eq2.exe

Anything else I can post to show the error?
