Whenever I try to start up innerspace I get the, you need to update your directx dialogue. I did update it and yet it continues to pop up. Also I just reinstalled innerspace on this computer after I upgraded to windows xp 64bit.
Could it be that Im using windows 64bit thats causing my problem? I've heard that it works with 64 bit windows though. Anyways, could anybody help me out please?
thanks.

Zale00-
Inner Space requires DirectX 9c, if you are getting that message then Inner Space can not find DirectX 9c on your computer.
Get the latest version from
here.

Downloaded and installed?
Do this...
Run "dxdiag" from a command prompt. Look at the bottom line of the first screen. Tell us what that reports as your DirectX Version.

I think this guy contacted me on MSN. Basically, either d3dx9_30.dll is not installed, or LoadLibrary does not load it for you for some reason (it should, even on 64-bit windows). You can copy d3dx9_30.dll from c:\windows\system32 into your Inner Space folder (e.g. c:\program files\innerspace) and it should work fine.
