Problem is IS...could it be ISXWarden?

So I recently installed IS and started using it with WoW. The other day i went to Runscript Autofish and i couldnt interact with the window. In fact when i ~ IS open i cant use my mouse to interact with anything. Has anyone else had this issue?

Switch to hardware mouse cursor, in WoW interface options
