(-4) error mesg when using IS

Im getting this error when starting up innerspace. I downloaded wineq2 and am getting a (-4) error mesg.

I've reinstalled IS, reboot still the same message. Deleted the reg key same thing.

This was working as of last night and has been for the last 4 months or so. Any suggestions?

Maybe this error message is suggesting I turn of eq2 for a while and go outside....nnaaahhh
