Learning how to script in IS

Is there a help site where I can learn the basics of scripting macros with Innerspace? I'd like to learn how to write some simple macros.
Any information would be appreciated.

Inner Space uses a command shell called LavishScript, for which the documentation is found in our wiki. Click the Wiki link at the top of this page, then click on LavishScript.

You can also use alternative scripting engines if you so desire.
