Innerspace script for simple "warrior pet"

Post by toxic » Sun Nov 06, 2005 7:21 am

I 2 box a shaman and a warrior. It can become tedious at times to switch from my laptop to my desktop when Im in a fight. Id like to run the Warrior on my laptop and use Innerspace to issue and execute commands while playing my shaman (perhaps using in game group chat). Ill just paste my IRC question, it explained most of my situation.

IRC CUT'N'PASTE > Have a quick Q. Would like to run my Shaman and Warrior (I have 2 comps) Using my Shaman as the main, and Warrior as sort of a "Simple Pet" to my Shaman. IE> Shaman says "Attacking %T" (Warrior assists Shaman; takes most direct line of travel to close distance till in melee range; use basic "Taunt", "Kick", "Bash" when available; After fight, close distance with Shaman and follow)

My basic want is to turn my Warrior into my Shaman's "Pet" With just the simple "Go Attack this object till one of you dies" and "Use taunt / kick when possible" Would be nice to have the pet follow me after it is done killing, but I guess I could also settle for a button to press to make my warrior follow me. Is there any way that innerspace can do this sort of task? Thanks for your help!

Yes. You dont even need to use group chat, Inner Space can relay the commands directly to the other session. This is EQ1 I assume? What you're really looking for here is MacroQuest 2. It can be built as an Inner Space extension called ISXEQ, also.
