Win EQ2 Not able to attach to game error since patch on 8/17

Hello folks since the recent patch on 8/17/16. 24 hours after the patch I tried to launch my group either with win eq 2 or IS boxer and get the error win8q2 was able to to launch the game but was unable to attach to it. I noticed that each team member used the same login name/password. I am not sure what i need to check / redo but this is frustrating to me as i am not sure what to change. I don't want to mess up a setup i had working fiine prior to the latest server patch. Any help would be appricated.
