Try shutting down Team Viewer?

If that doesn't help, make sure there's no Windows Compatibility settings (like setting it to Windows 7 mode) applied to WinEQ 2 or EQ1

closing teamviewer worked thank you

now im trying to fix my video settings, the resolution and client window are a little wonky.

ideally i want the client windowed mode, not overlapping the task bar, but taking up the whole screen.

ill keep tweaking with it

maybe im just being picky but the eq client is still overlapping the taskbar. the taskbar is just always on top.

in my screenshot u can see how the client extends all the way down to the bottom of the taskbar. anyone know how to make the client window stop at the top of the taskbar?

thanks again
