Squashed lines in chat??

I've had this problem before using WinEQ 2.0 lite and I don't think I ever figured out how to fix it. My chat lines are randomly scrunching the text and I have tried adjusting windows / resolutions and nothing. If I remember right when I subscribed to WinEQ 2.0 Pro it fixed it, but I really don't want to pay for something I just literally want to have the ability to Alt+1 and Alt+2 for 2 accounts lol. Any idea on this?
