Referenced Memory error when trying to use w/ Everquest

Howdy!

Getting this error when I try to use WinEQ to run Everquest. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

If you disable dxtory it may work fine. Alternatively, the live version of EQ1 might work fine too
