More than 8 Global Activation hotkeys?

This may be a dumb question, but I've looked around for an answer without success. I was wondering if there's a way to have more than eight Global Activation hotkeys (such as ctrl+alt+9, ctrl+alt+0, etc) in WinEQ 2.15. There are only eight GA slots listed in the preferences.
