Is there a bad problem with lag on the lavish authorisation server today? I'm getting huge problems launching WinEQ2 (Lite).
I've rebooted my router etc already. No joy so far.

I'm still having problems but it looks like it is just me. Can anyone tell me the dns name or ip address of the authentication server? I'd like to do some ping and traceroute tests to see where the fault is.

The auth server is lavishsoft.com
If the message you are getting is "Connection to Lavish Software license server failed. The server may be inaccessible to you at this time, or the amount of network lag between you and the server is extraordinarily high." then this can be for one of two reasons.
1. Connection to the server could not be established
2. Data transfer to/from the server timed out
The actual cause can be any number of things, so it's hard to say exactly what the issue or issues are. Hopefully things are cleared up now or will be this weekend.
