Module 24: C:\WINDOWS\system32\InterceptHelper.dll
The reason you are crashing is because you have SpyCatcher running. SpyCatcher, from what I'm reading on various forums, is not particularly bad, but it uses techniques similar to what WinEQ 2 uses to intercept parts of what the game is trying to do. Unfortunately, that means it is very likely incompatible with WinEQ 2 (and Inner Space for that matter). You may have to uninstall it to run WinEQ 2, if simply shutting it down does not work.

There are many alternatives to SpyCatcher that are compatible with WinEQ 2, including most of the most popular (including free) solutions. The first and most obvious free recommendation is Windows Defender, which is straight from Microsoft ( http://www.microsoft.com/athome/securit ... fault.mspx ) -- from a product acquired from GIANT Company Software, Inc. in 2004. If you want further reading on it before touching a MS product, here's the wikipedia entry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Defender

For an excellent, also free (that doesn't mean it's not good, this one is seriously one of the best), non-Microsoft solution, I highly recommend Spybot - Search & Destroy. Its official website is here: http://www.safer-networking.org/
You can read a little bit about it on the wikipedia page here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spybot_-_S ... 26_Destroy

Either of those two products will keep you as safe, if not safer, and have no issues with WinEQ 2. But, it's possible that's not the issue, you should verify that it is in fact incompatibility with SpyCatcher (by shutting it down, first of all, and uninstalling if necessary) if you're attached to it.
