EQ1 won't launch

Post by shea851 » Sat Jun 09, 2007 1:47 pm

I've restarted computer, reinstalled wineq2, run eq1 patcher, and eq1 won't launch via wineq2. When I start wineq2 and then start eq1, it will fail with some kind of -16 error message. After that, it won't give any error message. It will start the eqgame.exe process, then after about 30 seconds it just closes. EQ1 never actually opens. Did I do something wrong? This software worked yesterday.....

This problem is now solved and requires no additional action on your end. Just launch EQ, and it should work.

Please continue reporting any new issues. Thanks, and sorry about the crash!
