Vista WOW Problem!

I recently started to 2 Box in WoW, but i experience a big Problem.
If i run 2 instances of WoW using WinEQ i always have a delay of 2 sec alt-tabbing between the accounts. i.e. if i alt-tab to the second window the second window comes up and freezes for 2 seconds before i can interact with it.
Also i experience a lot of crashes of the game.
I have a core 2 duo 6600 and 3 Gig of Ram, using Vista Ultimate.

Any help would be nice.
