problem with wineq2

i am a free subscriber and i downloaded wineq2 and when i try to load up its says gives me a -19 and then a -114 and it alows me to load it up but i dont have anything in the perefrance box for eq1 could you help me thx

Sounds like it got disconnected from our server in the middle of downloading updates for WinEQ 2. Does this happen every time? Seems like it would be pretty random, and highly dependent on the fitness of your internet connection. The -19 error COULD also indicate a problem with your computer, for example you might have bad RAM, or a bad CPU, etc. I'm going to stick with the first guess about your internet connection, but it wouldn't hurt for you to find some free RAM tests or such either. Frankly, this issue never happens.
