Setup profiles, now they don't connect.

I downloaded, and setup my default profile and my second profile.
My first question is, do I use WinEQ to login to my default profile and and 2nd?
Or
Do I login my usual way with my default and use winEQ to bring up my 2nd?
This is my first time with this kind of program.
I have two different EQ I directories for my toons.

What was the answer? I cannot seem to log in with any but the default. I went through and mirrored settings for both profiles. Now when I try to log in with either account(the only diff being the directory the account is found in) I get a flash of a bar in the top left corner of my screen, and then I get a box on my task bar at bottom like it is open, only they don't open. Right clicking on the box gives you the hot key combo for that window, but you cannot restore, minimize or close. I have to ctl-alt-del and end program to turn it off. Maybe I am not doing it right, but pretty sure I followed the instructions that are given in the manual.
