Having problems getting new subscription to register on an old account . . . any suggestions please

I'm as confused as you are. :) What exactly have you tried to do and what is the trouble?

I initially logged in on an expired account, went to subscriptions and took out a subscription for a year using PayPal to succesfully transfer funds. The expiry date has remained the same (leaving the account as expired) and I wasn't able to post to forum using the old account so made a new one to make sure there was no problems accessing site.

I have tried using the contact emails eleven & lax, but would appear they are not getting through.
