one account feezing others are not

I just figured out something weird, On my main account whenever i cast a spell everytime wineq freezes EVERYTIME. But I loaded up other accounts of alts and such and there is np i can cast all day and nothing you know of some kind of fix for this or what i am doing wrong that is causing freezing one character but not other's.
