Is there a way to use wineq2 with daoc so that while dual or tri logging, i can control all my characters from the same comp at same time. so like moving forward on the active client would make all the others move as well

Nope
Key replication and automation are outside of the bounds of WinEQ 2. Inner Space is the best bet for that, but it wouldnt be particularly easy to set up that functionality.
