After the update to WinEQ2 today I cannot go into full screen emulation mode. I used to be able to SHIFT+ALT+F and do full screen emulation but that option appears to not be in the latest update.
Has this been removed from EQ Lite on purpose or accidentally within this patch? Was this the cause of the "Full screen mouse is lower then windowed mouse" problem and hence removed to solve the issue?
Full Screen Emulation in WinEQ 2 Lite

Full screen emulation was never an option in WinEQ 2 Lite 
All it did for you was move the window. Actual full screen emulation would have no visible part of the desktop at the bottom, for example. What I actually disabled was a bug that allowed Lite users to use the hotkeys for presets, even though presets are not a feature in WinEQ 2 Lite. The hotkeys did not give you full preset capabilities, only the ability to move the window.
You can achieve the same effect by setting the window coordinates in eqclient.ini
