Window Switching issue

When I switch between EQ windows using the mouse (click on another window to activate it) it will resive/move buttons and windows inside the previous window. I was wondering id there is a fix for this. If you alt+1/2/3/4 between the 4 windows this doesn't happen. I had also previously asked about a problem with the character selection screen do you know of any way to move the char selection box to the middle of the screen? Is anyone else having these sorts of issues?
