Latest Update after patch

Hi I was wondering if there has been any new update since the patches this month. If so how do I downlaod it? I tried clicking on dowlaod and it comes up with an old version to downlaod ...

Or does it downlaod automatically .. and how can I check which version I am using?

I regularily play multi accounts on EQ1 and miss wineq and eq play nice.
