AGP Aperture size is something that is set in the BIOS of your computer. Usually you need to press the Delete key or F1 or F2 when you turn your computer on to access the BIOS. You can refer to your motherboard manual for more information about where to find the AGP Aperture setting. I can not stress enough the bad things that can happen if you start changing settings if you do not know what they do. Please be careful.
To find the sysinfo.txt, look in your WinEQ 2.0 folder for the file. This can also be opened by opening the game window's context menu (Right click on the title bar) and selecting "Generate System Info", if your game runs.

There's a link that has a complete guide for setting the AGP Aperture Size with 3 different BIOS. The setting may be called different things, particularly since newer PCs use PCI Express instead of AGP. It can also be called "Shared Video RAM" for example, usually if you have integrated (onboard) video instead of a video card.
