Scroll the mouse to switch windows

I Mentioned this a week ago on IRC and Lax shot me down since EQ ueses software mouse insted of the hardware mouse, but according to info coming from the EQSumit EQ will be switching to use a hardware mouse in the "near" future.

Soon the windows mouse will be the same as the EQ mouse, which should alleviate any mouse latency issues. Another bonus is like EQ2, you'll be able to scroll the mouse straight out of the window and into the windows environment (rather than releasing it first).

I would very much like to see the ability to scroll from session window to session window like how Synergy works for scrolling from computer to computer(ie being able to set which screen it switches to depending on what side of the window you scroll off, and the ability to make it require a dubble tap to get it to switch if desired.)

If the mouse was not the only limitation to making this work, sorry for posting, but since you did not mention any other issues on this and I realy have no clue how this feature or synergy works I figured I would post the idea here to see how many people would be interested in this if it were feasable.

Yes, it actually was the only limitation, and something similar COULD be built into WinEQ 2 if they switch away from the software cursor.

Damn fast reply, and glad that is/was the only limitation before this feature could be added to WinEQ.
