Authentication problem

Maybe I am just being stupid in my use of the search key (thats probably what it is), I am new to this program BTW. So anyways I have windows vista if that will make a difference, and I am having trouble with the authentication? of the program (thats the message)

Umm yes Thats really vague, but I am hoping its just some dumb newb mistake i am making.

I want to use it with Everquest if that helps anymore.

Right click the shortcut on the desktop and select "run as administrator".
